Insurance Accepted & Financial Policy
Our office is in-network with Delta Dental Premier however, we work with a wide range of dental insurance plans that allow you to go out of network. Please call our office for details regarding your specific plan and options. Please note, WE DO NOT participate with the following insurance plans:
- NJ FamilyCare
*HMOs and DMOs only cover in-network providers only. If your plan is either an HMO or a DMO it will not be covered in our office. If you’re unsure if your plan is an HMO/DMO, please call us and we will be happy to help you make that determination.
We don’t want finances to dictate the treatment your child needs. In the event that we don’t accept your insurance we will work with you and offer flexible payment options including a monthly installment plan if necessary. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs.
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Discover. Our goal is to deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.
As parents ourselves we recognize that unforeseen circumstances often occur with children, forcing us to reschedule appointments. Please understand that with each dental appointment, time has been specifically set aside for your child/children. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time we kindly ask that our office be notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This will make the time available for other children.
- Repeated cancellations or failure to show up for appointments will result in a rebooking fee of $50.00 per child that will be collected prior to rescheduling their appointment.
